NORDIC FUTURE STUDIES:

The Amazing Future of the Northern Peoples

Well, in the late 1800s and early 1900s, many Nordics and Northern Europeans were seized with the popular dream of coming to America. It was their Land of Promise! For their Future, here, was held by them to be bright and encouraging. Thus, a Frontier or Pioneering spirit had seemed to settle in upon them in the past few generations.

And why not? Most of Europe was pretty well locked up by then and the economy was firmly in the hands of those who had wealth. Chances for advancement there were slim. Moreover, centuries of religious wars had rocked the land and the people were just plain tired of all the fighting. They wanted a Land of PEACE, where they could pursue their dreams of prosperity. So, to America they came!

HOWEVER, this is NOT a new concept to Northmen. From the Scandia Era of Ivar Vidfadmi to the close of the Viking Era, Northmen or Nordics ventured all over the globe, looking for new lands to settle. They travelled over much of Feudal Europe (pillaging the settled areas). And, they moved farther out Westward to Iceland and then Greenland. They also ventured Eastward, all over Mediaval Russia. And, in these new places they found ample opportunity for prosperity and settled down to build a good life there. Thus, there seems to be an adventuring spirit built into this People. For there was always hope among them for a better tomorrow in the New Lands.

MOREOVER, if we go back even further, and trace their migration from the Middle East to the Baltic and Scandinavian Region, we find that the Nordics are, indeed, a People on the Move! They have places to go and things to see and do, in other Lands. So, off they go!

In stark contrast, in America, today (unfortunately) the popular idea or common philosophy of Our Times is totally lazy! And, largely holds to "live it up today, for tomorrow the world will end". Such a pessimistic attitude unleashes wave after wave of self-indulgence and hedonism. Is it any wonder that the Nordics or Northern Peoples (and, indeed, American Society as a whole) is becoming so decadent? We appear to have no Future. (And no hope!) There is nothing to fire our iniative. There is nothing to inspire our action. Just sit back and...wait for the big one. There is nothing that anyone can do about it! So, why even bother to try?

Well, is there really no hope? Aren't there any alternatives? No acceptable possibilities?

While the masses of American Society (and indeed, most of Western Civilization) rush head long into the abyss or pit of self-indulgence (and self-destruction), like lemmings to the sea, I challenge YOU to look up! Behold the starry-heavens! Consider the new lands to settle there. Open your mind to the potential Future in Outer Space. (Will Space Settlement occur? What about Interstellar Migration?) Give some serious thought to the possibilities out there, in the Kosmos. For, here there is an alternative! Here, there is HOPE! Here, there is Our Future! Our NEW MANIFEST DESTINY! The Interstellar Migration (and accompanying Space Settlement) is about to begin!

IT IS GOD'S WILL FOR US TO GO...
And Settle the Stars!!!

Now wait a minute. Is this Nordic Future Studies? Or, is this some kind of pipe dream? (Or, Science Fiction Fantasy?) Surely, there is no rational basis for this? (You guys must be crazy?) How can a person of FAITH even consider Interstellar Migration (or Space Settlement)? Surely there is nothing in Bible Prophecy and God's Word about Adventures in the Kosmos!

Well, don't be too hasty to condemn.

And consider taking a good, long, hard look at what God has had written in Bible Prophecy. Read on...about how our room (on Planet Earth) is running out!

SCRIPTURAL WARNING: Eco-Disaster and Environmental Collapse!

...the Earth shall wax old like a garment..." (Isaiah 51:6)

Now, while such a statement seemed like lunacy or insanity in Isaiah's Days, it seems all too perfectly rational and scientific in our days (for this is exactly what the Environmentalists are telling us, now)! Yep, people must have thought Isaiah to be a mad man--a real luny (or crazy)! For, it just did not seem possible to them that the massive abundance of the whole Earth could be used up and worn out? Yes, even just a generation or two ago, the East Coast of America was described as "impenetrable forest" but now it is wall to wall houses and buildings. And the urban sprawl is spreading. So, whether we like it or not, it is time to face the facts: THE EARTH IS WEARING OUT!

Thus, by God's own Will and Design we are being Called (no pushed) to leave our home planet and go colonize the stars. Space settlement is indeed coming! And the Interstellar Migration into the Kosmos is part of God's Plan for Mankind (Believers, especially)!

But it is so comfortable where we are! Are you sure we are suppose to move on? Can't we just stay here?

FURTHER SCRIPTURAL WARNING: Coming Cataclysm!

For, if you do stay, you do so at your own peril! What? Yes, consider well the even stronger warning given by Isaiah, centuries ago:

Behold the Lord-God makes the (Planet) Earth empty, and makes it a wasteland--and turns it upside down, SCATTERING ABROAD THE INHABITANTS THEREOF....The land (of the Earth) shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the Lord-God has spoken this Word. The Earth mourns and fades away: the whole world languishes and fades away--the haughty people of the Earth do languish. For the Earth is defiled under the inhabitants thereof, because they have transgressed the Laws of God (ecology): they have changed HIS Ordinances, and broken His everlasting covenant (with Noah). Therefore, shall the CURSE devour the (Planet) Earth: and THEY THAT DWELL THEREIN SHALL BE DESOLATE--therefore, the inhabitants of the Earth are scorched, and few are left (behind) there." (Isaiah 24:1-6)

So, either get with God's Program of Interstellar Migration (and follow Our CALL for Space Settlement) or accept the coming, desolate Future of decadent life on the Planet Earth. (Consider our Article on the COMING COSMIC CATACLYSM!) The choice is yours.

THE HISTORICAL ERROR OF THE CHURCHES

The Great Commission Controversty?

Now, wait a minute! Not so fast. How do we know that God really wants us to settle the starry-heavens? My church certainly doesn't say anything about that! How can Interstellar Migration and Space Settlement of the Kosmos be in Bible Prophecy?

Well, actually most churches do speak of it, but unfortunately they (nor their members) really understands exactly what is being said. Why? Well, it is not totally their fault. They are simply following in the path of a mis-translation made centuries earlier. And it isn't really the fault of the translators, either. They just tried to make sense of a Passage of Scripture, and it would have seemed lunacy to them to translate it literally or accurately. What am I speaking of? Well, if you have spent any time in church at all, you have probably heard someone quote the "Great Commission" which says:

...Go ye into all the ***WORLD***, and Preach the Gospel [or Good News about Jesus on the Cross] to every living creature!" (Mark 16:15).

Now, most churches Preach this as the duty of their members. However, they fail to understand what it actually says!. Why? Because, what does that word WORLD mean? To the Ancient Translators, it didn't make literal sense to translate it directly. But ask any Scientist today and he can tell you, because it is a precise scientific term that is commonly used today (and has been so used since Ancient Times). And it totally changes the meaning of that Scripture! Why? Because that word WORLD, in the Greek (G2889), is actually KOSMOS--the starry-heavens or Universe!

So, that text is really saying:

Go all of you into all the KOSMOS [starry heavens or Universe], and Preach the Gospel to every living Creature!"

Thus, the "Great Commission" commands us to go into the starry-heavens (the whole Universe) to spread the Gospel. And I would say that that is God's EXPRESSED Will and therefore Our CALLING! Wouldn't you? (Yes, the Interstellar Migration and Space Settlement is in Bible Prophecy!)

Well, it might seem that way to you, but one Scripture on the Great Commission doesn't prove anything! (You say?)

GOD'S PURPOSE AND PLAN FOR THE UNIVERSE

Well, did He? Then, maybe you had better look it up and see what Bible Prophecy really says about that!

So, how about considering God's statement of His Purpose in making the Universe or the starry heavens (or KOSMOS)? For the Scriptures plainly say:

For thus says the Lord-God, that Created the Starry-heavens; (God Himself who formed the WORLD and made it); He has established it: He hath Created it not in vain, for HE FORMED IT TO BE INHABITED!" (Isaiah 54:18).

Therefore, if we are not getting out there to the starry-heavens and INHABITING it, then we aren't using it for the Purpose God made it for. And I would say that that is Our CALLING, again! (The Bible Prophecy is pretty clear!) Wouldn't you? It is God's Will for us to go out and INHABIT or settle the stars. Interstellar Migration and Space Settlement of the Kosmos, here we come!

And, what about God's Promise to Abraham, concerning the Stars? That his descendants would be as the Stars! (Genesis 15:5)

Well, I'm still not so sure about that. (You say?) This just does not seem right to me!

Then consider some of the other Scriptures of Bible Propehcy that refer to the starry-heavens or Kosmos and indicate that it is God's Will for Mankind to be settled there. [Know] That then the Lord your God will turn-about your captivity, and have compassion on you [Israel], and will RETURN and regather you from all Nations, wherever the Lord your God has scattered you. [And] IF ANY OF YOURS BE DRIVEN OUT TO THE UTTERMOST PARTS OF THE STARRY-HEAVENS, FROM THERE WILL THE LORD YOUR GOD REGATHER YOU, and from thence shall HE fetch you! (Deuteronomy 30:4 also Nehemiah 1:9)

Consequently, there is little doubt in Our minds that it is God's Will for us to go out among the Stars--and regather the lost of Israel. And that means Nordic Interstellar Migration, as well as accompanying Northmen Space Settlement! Moreover, once out there, God wants us to build the Nordic Astaria, the Future Northern Kingdom of Israel out among the Stars. Furthermore, in so doing, we are going to establish a Mediavel style Society based on a strong Faith in God, following HIS Divine Laws (especially the 10 Commandments and related Scriptures), much as the Northmen did for Feudal Europe.

Thus, from this Nordic Interstellar Migration and its Northmen Space Settlement, will arise a New and Holy Nation among the Stars! Our Nordic Astaria. And the New and Holy Northern Kingdom of Israel in Space! Bible Prophecy says so! And we are commited to doing just that.
