..6 REAL ESTATE:
No stealing from the Domain or Lands of others! (For, the ownership of property or Real Estate is a privilege that is based on the proper distribution of Land in Our Realm--WHICH IS DONE BY GOD. (See also LAW-5.E.1 LAND RIGHTS under Celestial Citizenship. Furthermore, consider the HOLY PROVISIONS on stealing from God, below.)

• ...a DIVINE DOMINION:
  All the Land (and everything on them) belongs to God--for HE created them all (Exodus 19:5; Deuteronomy 10:14; Leviticus 25:23-24; Psalms 24:1, 89:11). Therefore, Man only holds Land as a temporary trust from God as HIS subordinate steward--a kind of long-term land lease or fief, until the Savior Returns and redistributes all the Land (Numbers 24:19: Job 25:1-6; Psalms 72:8-11; Daniel 4:2-3, 34; Matthew 21:33; Mark 12:1; Luke 19:13, 20:9: Ephesians 1:20-21).
1. FEUDALISM--LOCAL DOMINION AND SOVEREIGNTY:
   Each Nation and each Peoples has their borders set and boundaries determined by God, Himself--their Lands being Divinely appointed or allotted to them by HIM. Therefore, we all should respect them for they are HIS Will and allow each separate Country its own sovereignty (Genesis 13:14-18, 27:40, 37:8; Deuteronomy 32:8; Judges 5:13; I Kings 4:24, 9:19; Isaiah 26:13; Jeremiah 34:1; Daniel 4:17, 22, 25, 7:27; Acts 17:26).
2. SUB-INFEUDATION AND PRIVATE DOMINION:
   In turn, each Nobleman, and then each individual, has their own lands allotted to them according to the just governments that have rule over them--and these proper processes should be respected by all (Genesis 1:26-28; Joshua 18:8-10; Job 24:2-4; Psalms 8:6; Daniel 6:26; Jude 1:8). Also, justification for private property--and by extension, capitalism (and private enterprize).

• ...b RESPECT BOUNDARY LINES:
  The properly established boundary lines, land surveys, and property markers are to be respected--no stealing by moving boundary markers! (Deuteronomy 19:14, 27:17; Job 24:2-4; Proverbs 22:28, 23:10).
• ...c CONVEYANCE OF LAND TITLE:
  The proper procedures for giving or selling the title or right to the temporary trust over your land(s) to another--various regulations concerning (Genesis 33:19-20; Proverbs 36:16; Jeremiah 32:6-14; Matthew 27:7; Luke 14:18).
1. TRANSFERABLE:
   The Right to Land or Title of Property is open and free to be sold, purchased, or given away as the title holder may see fit (Genesis 23:3-20, 33:18-19, 47:20; Ruth 4:1-9; II Samuel 24:24; Acts 4:34, 5:1)--hence, support for private property.
2. INHERITABLE:
   The Right to Land or Title of Property is inheritable--see above LAW-8.C.5 INHERITANCE.
3. DOCUMENTATION:
   The transfer of title or other transactions involving Land or Title of Property need to be properly documented, witnessesed, and recorded (Ruth 4:9, Jeremiah 32:6-14).

• ...d FEUDATORY AND TENURE:
  The privilige of holding Land or property is dependant upon maintaining certain conditions:
1. USEAGE:
   The ordained duty of holding Land or property is that it be SUBDUED--occupied, improved, attended to, maintained, or put to some use (Genesis 1:28, 26:17-18; Matthew 25:14-30; Luke 19:13).
• ....a WARNING:
  because of the pressures of evil and the expansion of wickedness, abandoned Land or unclaimed (or unused) property may be claimed by another by them simply moving in on it or just making use of it (I Samuel 16:14; Judges 11:26-27; Matthew 12:43-45)!
• ....b MONITORING DUTY:
  consequently, the need to diligently patrol your Land and property is encumbant upon the landholder (Exodus 19:12-13; Proverbs 27:23-24)!

2. TITHING (Taxes):
   As a fief, held in sub-infeudation, the Right to Land requires the paying of proper Tithes (or Taxes) to God (see LAW-8.D SACRILEGE, below) and HIS proper authorities (see also taxation in LAW-5.D.3.e ROYAL REVENUES AND COLLECTIONS under Powers of the Monarch and Government).
3. OBEDIANCE:
   As under the Kingdom of God, the landholder is required to obey and uphold the Laws of God--and its authorities of Our Realm (Ezra 7:26).
4. REST:
   That farmland must be given a rest and lie fallow every seventh year, to restore its fertility--as well as other conservation measures of crop rotation, fertilizing, etc. to keep the Land productive for future generations (Exodus 23:10-11; Leviticus 26:34-35, 25:3-7; Deuteronomy 20:19-20).

• ...e EMINENT DOMAIN:
  As a distributor of fiefdoms, for individual landholders to own, the government of Our Realm reserves the Right to condemn land or private property and put it to its own use and governing functions--provided that it supplies just compensation to the owner (II Samuel 24:18-25). However, this Power may NOT be used to extend the personal Land or individual property of the rulers, themselves (I Kings 21:1-4). ..7 SLAVERY:
No stealing from slaves (thralls) nor their masters!

(Perhaps one of the more controversial issues about Our Future Realm is that slavery is prophecied in the Scriptures to be practiced again. However, not the economic slavery of Ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome--for most of the means of production and manufacure will be taken over by robotics, giving us an Era of Rest! Nor will it be the racist slavery, such as was experienced in early America. Rather, it will be a patriarchial, extended family type of slavery, where the slave is adopted into the family, as an extended family member, much as we find in the Holy Scriptures [and as Thralls among the early Vikings or Gahtsk]. Consequently, the provisions in this section are for Our Future Days, as a Nation out among the Stars.)

• ...a ALLOWED SOURCES OF SLAVES:
1. Slaves imported from foreign Lands or of strangers or aliens within Our own Lands (Genesis 17:13, 27, 37:28, 36; Leviticus 25:44-45; Deuteronomy 28:68; I Kings 9:21; Esther 7:4; Ezekiel 27:13; Joel 3:6; Revelations 18:12-13). However, slaves may NOT be exported from Our Realm!
2. Slaves won as spoils in war--see LAW-6.C.8.b SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION OF SPOILS under Rules of War, above.
3. Slaves of natives or subjected or conquered Peoples of Our Realm (Joshua 9:24-27; I Kings 9:21).
4. Slaves born of other slaves in the household of a slaveholder--these usually remain as slaves (Genesis 14:14, 17:12; Proverbs 29:21; Ecclesiastes 2:7).
5. Slaves inherited as normal property by the heir(s) of a deceased's estate (Leviticus 25:46).
6. Slaves of the Brethren (or citizen-slaves)--though these are only to serve for a temporary term, like an indenture:
• ....a Sold into slavery because of economic necessity, family poverty, or unpaid debts (Exodus 21:2-4; II Kings 4:1; Nehemiah 5:5; Isaiah 50:1). For new limits, see Bankruptcy.
• ....b Sold into slavery to pay the restitution for a theft or crime that they had committed--as a voluntary alternative to imprisonment or capital punishment. See Punishments under BOTH Murder and Due Process.

7. Slaves of Love, ians or bondsmen who serve out of loyalty or personal favor and devotion (Exodus 21:5-6; Deuteronomy 15:16-17; Acts 11:26; I Corinthians 7:22; Galatians 4:22-23, 30-31).
8. Slavegirls (Thrella or Ianessa) as wives or bondswomen in a marriage by usage (Exodus 21:7-11; Deuteronomy 21:10-14; Ruth 3:4).
9. Slaves of children sold by families or parents who did not want them, to those who do--see Adoption in Tolerands.

• ...b WORK OF SLAVES (Thralls, Threllas):
1. Slavework may NOT be used in commerce or in business, and especially NOT in any Trade or Skilled Labor that is protected by Craft Guilds or Trade Unions--see Labor Relations. However, slaves may be used for common labor, farmwork, grounds keeping, domestic services, or other skills for the benefit of the master's household, only.
2. Slaves are required to give good service and be obedient to their masters (I Corinthians 7:20-21; Ephesians 6:5-8; Colossians 3:22; I Timothy 6:1-3; Titus 2:9-10).

• ...c PROTECTION OF SLAVES:
1. Slaves may NOT be unlawfully harmed, nor abused, nor forced to participate in a crime against God's Laws--the granting of manumission is to be ordered by Our Courts if they have been (Exodus 21:20-21, 26-27; Numbers 15:15-16; Leviticus 24:17-22, 19:15; Deuteronomy 1:16).
2. Slaves are even allowed to run away to another slaveholder, if they feel that their own master is too abusive or oppressive (Genesis 16:6; Deuteronomy 23:15-16; Philemon 1:10-18).
3. Slaves MUST be allowed to take part and participate in the Holy Days and Scriptural Festivals, as well as fulfill their duties to God and to HIS Law (Exodus 12:43-44; Deuteronomy 12:17-18, 16:9-12).
4. Slaves MUST be given fair, just, and humane treatment by their masters (Leviticus 25:39-40, 43; Ephesians 6:9; Colossians 4:1). Therefore, slaves, like Man, must be given the choice to obey or not (Joshua 24:15)--and in the light of rising mind control technologies, these may NOT be used on slaves! In addition, mind alterning drugs may NOT be used on slaves to keep them compliant or subdued, as this is to be considered sorcery.
5. While slaves may be commanded to marry (to their slaveholder or someone he designates), their condition of seritude being an implied consent to the union, once they have been consumated they may NOT be shared or given to anyone else for intimate purposes--as this would break the Adultery Commandment, resulting in the slave being granted their freedom because of the abuse of their defilement (Deuteronomy 21:10-14).

• ...d MANUMISSION, EMANCIPATION, and the granting of freedom to slaves
1. By expiration of the term of servitude or indenture--thus term manumission:
• ....a For citizen-slaves, they may serve up to 7 years for another citizen--though they may serve up to the Year of Jubilee for foreigners or strangers in Our Land (Exodus 21:2; Leviticus 25:47, 54; Deuteronomy 15:12-15, 17; II Chronicles 28:10-11; Jeremiah 34:13-15).
• ....b For convict-slaves, they are to serve out their whole sentence in place of imprisonment--or for their whole life if they have committed a capital crime. See also Punishments for Violent Crimes under Murder.

2. By redemption or the payment of a sum of money or some compensation to the slavemaster for his slave (Leviticus 25:25-27; Psalms 31:4, 111:9, 130:7-8; Isaiah 43:1; Luke 1:68-69, 2:38; I Corinthians 6:20, 7:23; II Peter 2:1)
3. By the slavemaster's word or decision--either written down in a document or bill, OR testified to before witnesses (Jeremiah 34:8-10).
4. By the Law, because of abuse or mistreatment (or getting the slave involved in a crime)--decided by Our Courts (Exodus 21:26-27).

• ...e Slaves obtained by kidnapping, menstealing, shanghai, or impressment are NOT allowed and are to be considered illegal. See LAW-6.a.2.L KIDNAPPING under Murder.

..8 MONOPOLY:
No stealing by use of unfair economic advantage or power! (Provisions concerning unjust restricted trade or abuse of commercial privilege.)

• ...a ANTI-TRUST:
  No stealing by unfairly squeezing out the competition or by unjustly blocking others from entering the competition for business (Isaiah 5:8).
• ...b HOARDING:
  No stealing from consumers by withholding from market those goods or services in your commercial possession which they need as necessities for survival, such as the basics of food, water, clothing, shelter, fuel or energy, air, etc. (Proverbs 11:24, 28:27; Ecclesiastes 5:13).
• ...c REGULATED MONOPOLIES APPROVED:
  a monopoly may be fair if it is justly controlled or fairly regulated by Our government--such as a commercial privilege grant, usually to Nobles (Matthew 25:14-30).
1. WAR INDUSTRIES:
   Our Government is accorded the Power to develop, produce, manufacture, and distribute weaponry or other equipment (and supplies) that it may need in providing adaquate defense to Our Realm (I Samuel 8:12). See also, LAW-5.D.3.c WAR INDUSTRIES under Powers of the Monarch.
2. UTILITIES AND NATURAL MONOPOLIES:
   Our Government is accorded the Power to control, run, or regulate those natural monopolies, such as utilities, lines of communication, etc., that supply Our citizenry with modern and technological conviences (I Samuel 8:11b).
3. RESOURCE MONOPOLIES:
   Our Government is accorded the Power to control, run, or regulate those precious metals and other scarce natural resources that may be found on the Lands of Our Realm (Deuteronomy 8:13-14; I Kings 10:27).
4. COATS OF ARMS AND NOBLE BEARINGS:
   Along with the award of honorary title, the Noblemen of Our Realm are granted exclusive right to control of their own armorial bearings, coats of arms, surcoats, badges, and devises that no other be allowed to use nor display any such likeness of them (except, perhaps, in general listings with other Nobles, such as for reference)--yet in accordance with the rules and regulations for Heraldry set up by Our Government (Genesis 49:3-27; Exodus 28:17-20, 39:10-13; Deuteronomy 33:6-25).
5. PATENTS, Inventions, Innovations, new manufacturing processes, formulas:
   Our government is accorded the Power to grant and uphold trade certain restrictions and or special commercial privilege to those who originate new technologies, for the life-time of the orginator (or to his heirs 40 years after his death if he should not live at least 20 years after its origination)-- PROVIDED, that license is offered to others to use it for a fee or percentage, so as to allow them to reasonably continue competitive business (Exodus 30:31-33; I Corinthians 9:7-10; I Timothy 5:8). Moreover, even if the originator works for a company to produce originations, the orginator (as an individual citizen) MUST be given a share or percentage in the profits that his origination produces (above his normal salary)--thus, no stealing from those so gifted by God to produce invention and innovation in Our Realm!

   (And, if it is a team origination, then ALL involved must be given some share in its profits.)

6. COPYRIGHTS, Compositions, Artforms, Merchant Marks, Trademarks, Seals:
   Our Government is accorded the Power to grant and uphold certain trade restrictions and commercial privilege to those who originate (author, compose, etc.) new works, for the life-time of the originator (or to his heirs for 40 years after his death, if he should not live 20 years after the origination) that new works of artisans be protected from theft and unathorized use or alteration (I Kings 21:8; Matthew 5:17-18; Revelations 22:18-19). Moreover, even if the originator works for a company to produce such orginations, the originator (as an individual citizen) MUST be paid or given a share (percentage) of the profits from his origination (above his normal salary)--thus, no stealing from those that have been so gifted by God for such creativity!

   (And, if it is a team origination, then ALL who shared in the creative work shall have some share in its profits.)

7. FOOD AND DRUG STANDARDS:
   In the interest of proper health, sanitation, and safety of Our People, Our Government is accorded the Power to regulate the production and distribution of foods (Deuteronomy 22:9) and medicines (drugs)--and especially on luxury foods (Exodus 30:31-33) or vice items, such as:
• ....a SALT and Salted Foods Industries--because of its association with ill health and potential heart problems (Leviticus 2:13; Ezra 6:9; Matthew 5:13; Luke 14:34-35).
• ....b SUGAR and Sugared Foods Industries--because of the dramatic and disasterous effects that Sugar may have on some individuals (I Samuel 14:43; Proverbs 25:16, 27; Revelations 10:9-10).
• ....c ALCOHOL and Alcoholic Beverages Industries--because of the powerful addictive effects that over use of such items may have upon Our People (Deuteronomy 29:17; Ecclesiastes 10:17; Ezekiel 23:33; Romans 13:13; Galatians 5:21; Ephesians 5:18).

8. CLOTHING STANDARDS:
   In the interest of proper health, public modesty, and safety of Our People, Our Government is accorded the Power to regulate the production and distribution of fabrics (Leviticus 19:19; Deuteronomy 22:11) as well as the distribution and sale of clothing (Deuteronomy 22:5).
